How P2P Works
Once you place a P2P order, the crypto asset will be escrowed by Pay Money P2P.
Send money to the seller via the suggested payment methods. Complete the fiat transaction and click Transferred, notify seller on Pay Money P2P.
Once the seller confirms receipt of money, the escrowed crypto will be released to you.

P2P (Peer-to-Peer) Exchange allows you to buy and sell cryptocurrencies directly with other users. Instead of trading on an exchange order book, you create or respond to offers and complete trades with escrow protection.
When you initiate a trade, your cryptocurrency is held in escrow until the payment is confirmed. The seller cannot access the funds until you mark the payment as complete. This protects both buyers and sellers from fraud.
Payment methods vary by offer. Common options include bank transfer, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.), and other local payment gateways. Each offer creator specifies their accepted payment methods.
Each offer has a payment time limit (e.g., 15 minutes, 30 minutes). You must complete the payment and mark it as paid within this time. If you need more time, you can request an extension from the offer creator.
If you cannot resolve an issue with the other party, you can open a dispute. Our support team will review the evidence (payment proof, chat history) and make a fair decision to release funds to the appropriate party.
Go to your P2P Offers dashboard and click "Create Offer". You will set the cryptocurrency, fiat currency, exchange rate, payment methods, and order limits. Once published, your offer will appear in the list for other users to trade.
Fees depend on the offer creator's settings. Some offers have no fees, while others may charge a small percentage or fixed amount. Check the offer details before initiating a trade.
